The SubZero GMT watch arrived at the South Pole on December 29,
2009 as the official expedition watch on the Commonwealth
Antarctic Expedition
. The watch can withstand extreme temperatures of down to minus 40 degrees
centigrades.
The watch has stop-watch and a second time zone shown through the red
hands.
The watch has been constructed to be worn 24/7 in
all conditions and can withstand temperatures of down to minus 40 degrees
centigrades.
The watch is fitted with scratch-resistant sapphire glass and has extra gaskets and reinforced house to give increased water resistancy.
The watch is very easy to read both in bright daylight and pitch black darkness.
The watch is fitted with a custom made analog / quartz movement from Citizen, where the number of moving parts has been
reduced to an absolute minimum to reduce friction.

The watch is produced in a limited series of 200 pcs. which are individually
numbered.
