How do I order a watch?

You can either order a watch through our “Shop” or by sending us an e-mail. There are also order buttons on the presentation pages for the watches.

How to shorten the steel chain?

The steel chain is shortened by using a thin clip or similar to remove the pins connecting the individual links. Important: The pins should only be removed in the direction of the arrow. Any jeweler can undertake this action for around EUR 10,-

The second hand/pointer of the stop-watch does not return to the "12 o'clock" position when reset - what do I do now?

Pull out the crown as if you would set the time (second position). Pres the top (2 o'clock) stop-watch button. This will move the second hand one second forward. Repeat the process until the pointer has returned to the correct position.

pilotur.dk has teamed up with a local watchmaker who can perform maintenance and overhaul of your pilots watch. In this way you're sure to always have a watch that in tip-top order. A watch should generally be inspected every 2-3 years.
